HACCP Plan.NET HACCP Plan.NET is HACCP software that assists the food manufacturing professional in maintaining the safety of food products by providing the tools and infrastructure to produce a HACCP plan. HACCP Plan.NET provides a comprehensive way to document all the team members, process, critical control points, and hazards of a food or beverage manufacturing product line(s) to meet government regulations. As you build the process flow diagram, the software automatically builds the hazard chart, and if you identify the hazard as a Critical Control Point (CCP), an appropriate entry in a CCP chart is also built automatically. HACCP Plan.NET HACCPPlan.net Utilities (HAT Utilities) HACCPPlan.net Utilities is a program that allows a user to customize their HACCPPlan experience. It is a companinion product to HACCPPlan.net. The Utiities allows the user to do various configuration and modifications to HACCPPlan files like: - Creation/Support of A USDA Food Defense Plan file. - Manipulation of the risk matrix used by HACCPPlan. - Modifying the Ingredient and Product Characteristics. - Adding a Radiological Data type. - Copying a flow diagram from one file to another. - Basic Reports for consistency, audit prep, and data sheets. HACCPPlan.net Utilities Purchase HACCPPlan.net Utilities HCB (available 1Q2023) HCB is a program that allows a user to maintain offsite or cloudbased backups of their HACCPPlan files. The softare is integrated with HACCPPlan.net. It has a standalone program that allows multiple files to be uploaded or downloaded as needed. The Admin feature allows a designated Admin (HACCP/Food Safety Coordinator) to be able to supervise the entire company HACCP Plans from central area. QACCP Plan.NET QACCP Plan.NET is QACCP software that assists the manufacturing professional in maintaining the safety of products by providing the tools and infrastructure to produce a QACCP plan. QACCP Plan.NET provides a comprehensive way to document all the team members, process, quality control points, and threats of a manufacturing product line(s). Used with HACCPPlan.net, it allows SQF Level 3 and Food Systems Functionality as defined by ISO, BRC, and GFSI. Used independently, it can handle sustainability and other quality concerns. As you build the process flow diagram, the software automatically builds the threats chart, and if you identify the threat as a Quality Control Point (QCP), an appropriate entry in a QCP chart is also built automatically.
